A: If your business is not listed in a business directory you will need to supply us with other proof, such as a business web site (place in business name on form), or fax a copy of your local business license (Fax 1-208-246-5422).
This site is designed for technicians and electronic service centers. IT IS NOT FOR "DO IT YOURSELF" REPAIRS. If you are not a technician and you enter this site your log in will be deactivated. Whether or not you sent in a membership fee, you WILL LOSE your user name and password and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED your membership dues.

B: This site is for consumer electronics service shops (TV, DLP, Plasma, and others). If we need more information to determine if you are a technician or service center, we will attempt to contact you. We will make the attempt three times. If we are unable to contact you to confirm your status, we will then disable your account until we can contact you.

C: If you deface any of the web pages by printing anything other than what is intended to be printed on them, you are subject to lose your log in. Your ip address is logged when you enter, so be aware that we monitor what is going on.

D: Do not give out your log in information to anyone.  If it is found that your log in information is being shared it will be deactivated and no refund of dues will be given.

Terms and conditions may be updated, modified or changed. You will be notified in the event of this occurrence.
